RATES AND AVAILABILITY

The Fir House is a private residential property and is rented for the sole use as a personal residence. The house is NOT rented for gatherings, reunions or celebration parties.

This is a long-term rental with a fixed term lease agreement.

RATE: $2950 per month; includes up to $350 per month for utilities/services (as listed below). HOUSE RULES: NO parties or events: The house is available for family, vacation, holiday, honeymoon and corporate rental; the house is NOT rented for gatherings, reunions or celebration parties. UTILITIES & SERVICES: Included allowance of $350 per month for Water/Sewer, Weekly Trash Pickup, Wifi/Internet by Xfinity (as installed; Smart TV provided), & Gas/Electricity. PARKING: Off-street parking for two vehicles. There is no garage. NO smoking inside the house or on the premises. PETS: Small dogs welcome on case-by-case basis (fee required). Fenced/gated dog-run with dog door to house. No cats. FURNISHINGS: FULLY FURNISHED and stocked with kitchenware, towels, bedding, & starter supplies (soaps, cleaning supplies, spices). Appliances are full size; Washer/Dryer in basement. Gas BBQ. LEASE: This is a long-term rental with a fixed term lease agreement; rented by calendar month. MINIMUM STAY: ONE (1) MONTH MINIMUM STAY; longer terms are welcome. RENTAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE: First & Last Month's Rent and security deposit when reservation is made; a deposit may be required on additional month(s) and monthly Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Required.
